YOGYAKARTA Profile of Hevarita Gunaryanti Rahayu is known as a politician who now serves as Mayor of Semarang. He drew the spotlight because of the alleged corruption of the Semarang City Government which is being investigated by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu is a politician born on May 4, 1966. Her childhood was spent in Semarang, Central Java. In fact, her education was mostly pursued in the city from elementary levels at Citarum Semarag Elementary School, junior high school, Maria Mediatrix, to high school at SMA Negeri 1 Semarang.

After graduating from high school, Mbak Ita then continued his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Agriculture, Veterans National Development University, Yogyakarta. After graduating and graduating, he had worked in several companies.

Hevearita is currently married to a politician named Alwin Basri, a politician with the position of Chairman of Commission D of the Central Java Provincial DPRD. From this marriage, both of them were blessed with a son named M Farras Razin Perdana who is currently a doctor.

The woman who is familiarly called Mbak Ita currently serves as Mayor of Semarang. He received this position after the previous Mayor of Semarang, Hendrar Prihadi or Hendi, was appointed by President Jokowi to occupy the position of Head of the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP).

On the appointment of Hendi, the seat of the Mayor of Semarang was finally occupied by the Deputy Mayor, who at that time was Mbak Ita. Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu's position as Mayor of Semarang itself will end in 2026.

In the report, Mbak Ita was recorded as having land and building assets in Semarang with a value of Rp4,284,090,000. In addition, he also has other movable assets worth Rp439,268,711, cash equivalents of Rp805 million, and debts of RP 2,970,687,889.
