The Attorney General's Office (Kejagung) said that there were no significant obstacles in the preparation of the former case of suspect Harvey Moeis in the alleged corruption case of tin commodity trading in the mining business permit (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk 2015-2022.
The Head of the Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar, said that in the preparation of the file there was a technical problem which was one of the reasons for the unfinished case files for the husband of Sandra Dewi.
"It's not about the facts, it's just the technical filing," Harli told reporters, Saturday, July 13.
Currently, the investigative team is working to resolve the case files of the suspects, including Harvey Moeis.
Most recently, three suspects were transferred stage 2 to the South Jakarta District Attorney. They are Amir Syahbana, Rusbani alias Bani, and Sutanto Wibowo.
"It's still in the process, we'll just have to wait, currently it's still being filed," said Harli.
