2 Accident Cars On Jalan Pajajaran, Bogor City, One Person Dies

BOGOR - An LCGC Ayla car was hit by a Fortuner SUV while turning around at the intersection of Pajajaran Street, Bogor City, West Java, on Wednesday, July 10 in the morning. As a result of this accident, one person died on the way to the hospital and two others suffered minor injuries.

The accident case is being investigated by the Bogor City Police Traffic Unit. Head of Bogor City Police Traffic Unit, Kompol Ardhi Wibowo, revealed that the accident involved the Daihatsu Ayla car with police number F 1886 AAC with the Toyota Fortuner with police number F 1421 AQ at the Telkom intersection, Jalan Pajajaran, Bogor City.

According to him, Ayla's car driven by Ai (51) was about to turn around towards Warung Jambu when the traffic light conditions showed a red color. Simultaneously from the opposite direction, Toyota Fortuner was driving RR (18) so that the collision was inevitable.

The clash between these two vehicles was quite hard so that the vehicle hit the sidewalk walls and fences around the scene.

"It is suspected that the Daihatsu Ayla vehicle broke through the traffic control light and was hit by a Toyota Fortuner vehicle," said Ardhi.

As a result of this incident, the driver of Daihatsu Ayla finally died while on his way to PMI Bogor Hospital. "The victim died on the way to the hospital. The driver of the Toyota Fortuner car was only in shock," added Ardhi.
