Bogor Regency Government Claims For Comprehensive Management Of Puncak Areas

The Regent of Bogor, Asmawa Tosepu explained, the Bogor Regency Government (Pemkab) together with related stakeholders, there is the Head of Bogor Regency and the Ministry of PUPR carrying out consolidation in the context of mapping problems, needs and solutions for the overall arrangement of peak areas. So later the arrangement will be comprehensive.

This was said, Asmawa gathered the ranks of the Bogor Regency Government (Pemkab) and invited the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) and related stakeholders, at the Gunung Mas Puncak Rest Area, Cisarua, Sunday, July 7.

The Rest area is a small part of the arrangement of the Puncak area. Today each regional apparatus and related stakeholders will carry out a mapping. So that we have a comprehensive formulation, and we will report it in stages. That way as soon as possible we will arrange it thoroughly," explained Asmawa.

Asmawa continued, with this mapping, we will do what is under the authority of the Bogor Regency Government, what is under the authority of the West Java Provincial Government, we will report to the Governor. And what is under the authority of the central government, of course, we will report it to the central ministries/institutions, be it the Ministry of PUPR, Ministry of Transportation and so on.

"Today's consolidation, of course, is in order to accelerate the comprehensive or comprehensive arrangement of the Puncak area," said Asmawa.

Asmawa revealed, the Ministry of PUPR stated that it already has a program for the arrangement of the Puncak area in 2024, so the execution will be carried out this year. So we do a mapping today, for example we want to build sidewalks, so what meters of sidewalks are built, and which points, because it is impossible, everything will be built. Then we want to build road dividers, and so on must be mapped so that they match the needs.

"The arrangement of this Puncak area has become a national concern, we are grateful that the policy of the Bogor Regency Government is supported by the provincial government and the central government," said Asmawa.

Asmawa added, regarding the filling of kiosks at the Mount Mas Puncak Rest Area, we provide dispensation to traders who have been holding the key for the next week to fill it out immediately. If it is not filled, he has asked PT. Sayuga as the manager to give to other traders who are already listed on the list of kiosk filling queues.

"Actually, the deadline for filling out kiosks at the Gunung Mas Puncak Rest Area is today, but the Bogor Regency Government has given discretion, for one week after today, if they don't fill out their kiosks. Then it will be given to other traders who are already on the waiting list," said Asmawa.
