JAKARTA - The construction process for MRT Jakarta phase 2A continues. Now, the tunnel drilling machine (TBM) 1 has connected Glodok Station and City Station.

"TBM 1 has succeeded in building a 244.5 meter long tunnel at a depth of 23.75 meters for about 105 days," said PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) Corporate Secretary Division Head Ahmad Pratomo in his statement, Thursday, July 4.
