Vespa Matic Driver Found Dead On The Edge Of Duren Sawit Train, Allegedly Suicide

JAKARTA - An automatic Vespa driver was found dead on the edge of the railroad (KA) in the Buaran area, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, Sunday, June 30.

According to witness testimony, the victim who died was suspected of hanging himself on the edge of the railroad tracks, close to the barrier wall between the railroad tracks and public roads.

"The victim committed suicide on the edge of the railroad tracks in Kampung Sumur, Buaran," said one of the eyewitnesses to the incident.

When he was first found, the victim was still in a hanging position behind the railroad wall with the vehicle highway.

"Gantung diri menggunakan cable wifi di pas besi (wall pembata) itu. Sekarang sudah diturunki oleh pihak kepolisian dan menunggu ambulance," ujarnya.

The victim, whose identity is not yet known, turned out to be a luxury motorcyclist parked on the side of the road. Allegedly, the victim committed suicide due to romance.

"The victim used an automatic Vespa motorbike," he said.

Meanwhile, the case of the victim's death is still under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Duren Sawit Police. The victim has also been identified.
