BMKG: Rain Accompanied By Lightning Is Expected To Occur In 23 Provinces Of Indonesia Today

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) reminded the public to be aware of the rain accompanied by lightning or lightning which is predicted to flush 23 provinces in Indonesia today, Sunday, June 30. As quoted by Antara from the official websites of BMKG, 23 provinces that have the potential to be hit by rain accompanied by lightning or lightning or thunderstorms are the Provinces of Aceh, West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, Bengkulu, Jambi, South Sumatra, Bangka Belitung Islands, Lampung, and West Java. The following are the Provinces of East Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, North Maluku, and West Papua. In addition to rain accompanied by lightning or lightning, the BMKG also predicts that there are 22 provinces that have the potential for heavy rain, namely Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, Banten, East Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, and East Kalimantan.

Other provinces are North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Maluku, West Papua, and Papua Provinces. Furthermore, there is also a warning about the potential for rain accompanied by impacts such as floods that can hit areas of Aceh, North Sumatra, Lampung, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, West Papua, and Papua. Then, BMKG also reminded the public to be aware of the emergence of strong winds in Aceh, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, West Sulawesi, and Papua.
