The West Java (Jabar) High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) has returned the case file of Pegi Setiawan to the West Java Police Ditreskrimum investigators, in the 2016 murder case of Vina and Eky in Cirebon.
Pedi Setiawan's attorney, Toni RM, said that investigators did not have enough evidence to determine his client as a suspect.
"Kasipenkum West Java Prosecutor's Office said there were material and formal shortcomings related to fact evidence. There are still files that have not met the elements, so they are notified to investigators to be completed," he said.
Toni said that West Java Police investigators were too forcing the determination of suspects and gave files to the West Java Prosecutor's Office.

Toni explained that West Java Police investigators did not have any evidence to ensnare Pegi Setiawan in the murder case of Vina and Eky.
"We are sure that West Java Police investigators will not be able to complete the evidence, because there is no evidence. What evidence does the investigator have so that we determine our client as a suspect, it does not exist," he explained.
Toni asked West Java Police investigators to investigate the case through Vina and Eky's cellphones, so that the murder case was revealed.
