Gibran Uploads Preparations For School Opening In Solo, Netizens Mention Virtual Police

JAKARTA - The Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, uploaded a simulation video for the preparation of school opening with face-to-face learning on his Instagram account.

In the gibran_rakabuming account, Gibran said that the opening of the school in July must be carried out according to health protocols. This requires good cooperation between students, parents, and teachers.

"Starting from the departure of students from home wearing masks, it is advisable to bring supplies from their homes because they have to avoid sharing cutlery", Gibran said in his Instagram account, quoted on Wednesday, March 17.

Gibran asked students, before entering the classroom to line up orderly and keep their distance. Followed by spraying disinfectant before entering the school classrooms, so that the student pick-up process must also be carried out by applying 3M.

In this upload, several netizens did not respond to Gibran's statement about plans to open the school but instead touched on the question of virtual police monitoring on Gibran's Instagram.

The @msatriapb account says, "The virtual police do what Gibran comments do? I comment on any accounts but the virtual police do not notice".

"I WANT TO COMMEND CRITIC BUT FEAR OF ARRESTED. IF I AM ARRESTED, MY BOYFRIEND WITH WHO", wrote the @fiinurshiddieq account.

A number of these comments refer to the case of a citizen who was reprimanded by the Surakarta Police. It started when the owner of the @arkham_87 Instagram account wrote a comment "What does he know about football, but only when he was given a position", on Instagram @garudarevolution.

Arkham, the owner of the @aekham_87 account commented on the post regarding the wish of the Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, that the Menpora Cup semifinals and finals be held in Solo.

Arkham's comment was answered by the Surakarta Police's Instagram account. "Don't be easy to comment on hoaxes on social media", said the Surakarta Police admin, mentioning the @arkham_87 account.

Arkham hurriedly apologized in his comment. "Ready sir, apologize in advance", he said. But this problem continued until Arkham was brought to the Surakarta Police office. Arkham publicly apologized to Gibran.
