The First Session Of Jhoni Allen Marbun's Lawsuit Held Today, AHY Until Hinca Pandjaitan Become Defendants

JAKARTA - The Central Jakarta District Court will hold an inaugural hearing regarding Jhoni Allen Marbun's lawsuit against the General Chairperson (Ketum) of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY).

This lawsuit also relates to the dismissal of Jhoni Allen as a cadre of the Democratic Party.

"The trial of the Democrat Political Party on behalf of Jhoni Allen Marbun, today is Wednesday, March 17, 2021," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Jakarta District Court Bambang Nurcahyo in his statement, Wednesday, March 17.

Referring to the Case Tracing Information System (SIPP) of the Central Jakarta District Court, the lawsuit is registered with case number 135 / Pdt.G / 2021 / PN Jkt.Pst. The plan is for the trial to begin at around 10.30 WIB.

In this case, there were at least three defendants, among others, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Teuku Riefky Harsya, and Hinca Pandjaitan. Petitum in Jhoni Allen Marbun's lawsuit, namely:

1. Accept and grant the Plaintiff's claim in its entirety

2. To declare that Defendant I, Defendant II and Defendant III committed acts against the law

3. Declare that the actions or decisions of Defendant III are invalid and / or null and void regarding the dismissal of the Plaintiff

4. Declare invalid and / or null and void by the Decree of the Honorary Council of the Democratic Party Number: 01 / SK / DKPD / II / 2021 dated February 2, 2021 concerning the Recommendation for Imposing Sanctions for Permanent Dismissal as a Member of the Democratic Party to Drh Jhonni Allen Marbun, MM .

5. Declare invalid and / or null and void by the Decree of the Democratic Party Central Executive Council Number: 09 / SK / DPP.PD / II / 2021 dated February 26, 2021 concerning Permanent Dismissal of the Democratic Party.
