Heru Budi Invites Residents To Vote In The Jakarta Gubernatorial Election On November 27, 2024

JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono invited residents to exercise their voting rights in the Jakarta Governor and Deputy Governor Election on November 27, 2024.

"I invite all Jakarta residents to exercise their voting rights and keep the situation conducive," he said at the commemoration ceremony of the 497th Anniversary of Jakarta City at Monas, Central Jakarta, Saturday, June 22.

Heru reminded about the 2024 General Election (Pemilu) which took place safely. This is inseparable from the role of all citizens who uphold democratic values with full responsibility.

He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the community and various parties who played a role such as the Kapolda Metro Jaya and the Pangdam Jaya along with all ranks who had synergized with the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of DKI Jakarta to secure a democratic party event, especially in Jakarta.

In addition to the Jakarta Governor and Deputy Governor Election (Pilgub), Heru also conveyed about the achievements of the city of Jakarta and appreciated the citizens for their support for the city, which this year has the last status as the state capital.

Heru then reminded that Jakarta's future journey may be colored by various obstacles. Therefore, it takes hard work, dedication and togetherness of all elements of society in dealing with it.
