JAKARTA - Pegi Setiawan's legal team alias Perong officially complained to the National Police Propam regarding the disappearance of several posts on his client's Facebook account after being confiscated by West Java Police investigators. Some of the missing posts include the status that explained that Pegi Setiawan left for Bandung on August 12, 2016. "The post is August 12, 2016, Pegi Setiawan wrote the status of 'Bismillah on the way Bandung' meaning that this is going to Bandung, traveling to Bandung, alone too. So August 12, Pegi Setiawan went to Bandung," said Attorney Pegi Setiawan, Toni RM, to reporters, Thursday, June 20. Then, the post on the same day, explained that Pegi Setiawan had arrived in Bandung with the phrase 'Alhamdulillah, it's simple, waiting for the old bingit' to pick up. There is also the status of Pegi Setiawan alias Perong who describes his condition of working in Bandung. "Then, 17 August 2016 Pegi Setiawan wrote about sustenance in the city of people, meaning that it is not outside the city itself. Then, 24 August 2016 Pegi Setiawan wrote about the status of forgetting the atmosphere of his hometown," he said. Then, Pegi Setiawan's post complained about being linked to Vina Cirebon's murder case. In fact, said Toni, his client was not involved in the case. "Then, September 1, Pegi Setiawan wrote, "O Allah, I don't know anything about this problem, why I got the sap of the trials that you gave so hard, God, the exciting sign is up to a lot," said Toni. Meanwhile, the complaint was registered with the number SPSP2/002661/VI/2024/BAGYANDUAN. The defendant is the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the West Java Police, Kombes Surawan and investigators.

In handling the current case, the West Java Police have completed the preparation of the case files for the suspect Sigi Setiawan alias Perong in the alleged murder case of Vina and Muhammad Rizky alias Eky. Thus, investigators handed it over to the West Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).
