Saka Tatal Reports Iptu Rudiana, Peti Setiawan Responds Like This

The Pegi Setiawan camp is under the control of the Saka Tatal legal team who reported Iptu Rudiana, the biological father of Muhammad Rizky Rudiana alias Eky on suspicion of engineering the Vina murder case to the Cirebon Police. The report is said to be able to prove Iptu Rudian's involvement in the 2016 murder case in Cirebon.

"So it would be good if Rudiana reported that there is legal certainty whether Rudiana is proven to have committed a criminal act or not in the Vina-Eki Cirebon case," said Pegi Setiawan's attorney, Toni RM to VOI, Tuesday, June 18.

According to him, the report made by the Saka Tatal camp is believed to be based on witness testimony, the Akbar League. Where, it was stated that Iptu Rudiana directed him when he was a witness in 2016.

Liga Akbar diminta mengaku mengetahui kejadian pembunuhan tersebut. Padahal, dari pengakuan sebenarnya young man itu sama sekali tak mengetahui.

"Because from the Premier League statement that he was a witness in Vina's 2016 case on behalf of 8 suspects, the grand League admitted that Rudiana asked and directed by Rudiana as if the Akbar League knew about the criminal incident of Vina-Eki's murder by looking at the victim's motorbike being stoned and chased by the perpetrators," explained Toni.

"In fact, the Premier League did not know the series of murder events, so it should be suspected that Rudiana gave a false report as referred to in Article 317 of the Criminal Code," he continued.

Toni said that Iptu Rudiana could not only be reported regarding directing witnesses. However, it can be policed regarding the alleged obstruction of the investigation process.

"Rudiana can also be reported under Article 221 of the Criminal Code regarding the obstruction of investigation or obstruction of justice," said Toni.
