Viral Cheered By Spectators, Anang Hermansyah Walks Out From GBK

JAKARTA - The names of singer Anang Hermansyah and Ashanty suddenly became trending topics on social media (medsos) X. He walked out because he was greeted by the audience after the match between the Indonesian national team against the Philippines in the 2026 World Cup Qualification on Tuesday (11/4/6/2024) night after performing a song entitled Gebyar-gebyar.

The incident began when the Indonesian national team players had gathered in the middle of the field to sing the Indonesian Pusaka song with supporters. However, the situation suddenly changed when Anang Hermansyah appeared on the field singing the song.

In addition, electronic advertising boards at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (SUGBK) also displayed the words 'Anang & Friends'.

After the incident, Anang's name became a trending topic on X. Then, netizens also wrote various comments related to Krisdayanti's ex-husband (KD) choosing to walk out of the field after being cheered by the audience.

"It is proven again that the sound of a ballchild can silence anyone, including the voice of Anang & Friends," wrote @mar****.

"I thought that I would sing (the song) in my country, ehh, instead Anang and Ashanty continued to sing again hadehh," said @may****.

Meanwhile, the incident also provoked a reaction from Anang's friend, Ari Lasso. Ari Lasso was surprised to see Atta Halilintar's father-in-law appearing to sing after Indonesia managed to silence the Philippines.

"Loh Anang. Anti climax," Ari wrote via Lasso on Instagram story.

However, until now, Anang and Ashanty have not commented or clarified why they left the Gelora Bung Stadium (GBK).
