Kepala Kejari Bireuen Munawal Hadi mengatakan tuntutan tersebut dibacakan Jaksa Penuntut umum dalam persidangan di Pengadilan Negeri Bireuen pada Selasa (11/6).

The defendant Fauzi was arrested by police personnel in Meunasah Kepupula Village, Jeunieb District, Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province, on January 8, 2024.
The defendant was arrested along with evidence of a white sack containing 16 packages of methamphetamine and a black suitcase containing nine packages of crystal methamphetamine, with a total weight of 27.6 kilograms.
"In addition to methamphetamine, together with the defendant, plastic items containing 5,000 ecstasy pills were also secured," he said.
Munawal Hadi said that his party demanded that the two defendants be guilty of violating Article 114 Paragraph (2) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 Year 2009 concerning narcotics. These demands are as in the first alternative indictment of the public prosecutor.
Based on these demands, the defendant, through his legal advisor, Samsul Bahri, stated that he would file a written defense or plea read out at the next trial.
