8 Cadres Report Against AHY Delayed, Attorney: Police Ask For Time To Analyze

JAKARTA - The police asked the legal team of eight Democratic Party cadres to return to Bareskrim Polri tomorrow regarding reports of alleged adulteration of AD / ART deeds allegedly committed by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY). This is because the police must review the report file.

"Because we can't yet make it Monday, we are asked to come back on Tuesday," Rusdiansyah, a member of the team of lawyers, told reporters, Friday, March 12.

The report could not be completed today, said Rusdiansyah, because during the process there was a debate. This is because the police believe that the case should be reported to the Party Court.

Meanwhile, Rusdiansyah believed that the alleged forgery was a criminal issue. So, the decision was taken if they would come back tomorrow to make sure everything.

"We decided to meet again on Tuesday. Can this be continued with the reporting process or not because fellow investigators need time to examine," he said.

Rusdiansyah also conveyed the same thing regarding the pelapron on behalf of Marzuki Alie. The police need time to check the files after completing the requirements.

"One more thing, we just have to wait for the process. We are called back, related to that, we were invited to a discussion on Tuesday, regarding our complaint, it was received at that time. Our complaint was received and being processed. Will we continue, we will submit it to the police "he insisted.

Previously it was reported that eight Democratic Party cadres reported Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono to the Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The report was related to the alleged forgery of the authentic deeds of the AD / ART for the founding of the Democratic Party.

The report was represented by a lawyer, Rusdiansyah. The Democratic cadres who reported on AHY included Darmizal, Ahmad Yahya, Yos Sudarso, Sofatilah Mozaib and others.

"So today we will report AHY who is strongly suspected of having falsified the authentic deed of the establishment of the Democratic Party," said Rusdiansyah.

In the report, a number of evidences were included. One of them is the 2001 Democratic Party founding certificate. In which, the name of Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono is not the founder of the Democratic Party.

This report was carried out, said Rusdiansyah, because in the 2020 AD / ART certificate the name Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono was listed as the founder of the Democratic Party. Thus, there are indications of forgery when compared to the 2001 certificate.

"There are 59 people in 2001, one of them is Fance, it is true that the Founding Fathers of the Democratic Party are with 58 other people but there is no name of SBY," said Rusdiansyah.

"In 2020, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono wrote the Founding Fathers of the Democratic Party, even though he didn't exist," he continued.
