Find The Cause Of The Plane Crashing In BSD, KNKT Analysis Of Pilot Conversations With Air Traffic Control Officers

JAKARTA - The National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) will analyze the pilot conversation with air traffic control officers for the investigation stage of the PK-IFP aircraft air crash in the Sunbirst BSD Field Area, Serpong District, South Tangerang, Banten, on Sunday 19 May, around 14.09 WIB.

"The next investigation will be carried out, but we will wait for other information after what we dismantle, including conversations with the control tower, we will hear later," said KNKT Chairman Dr. Ir Soerjanto Tjahjono in his statement, Sunday, May 20.

In addition to analyzing the conversation between the pilot and the air traffic control tower officers, his party will also examine a number of debris in the PK-IFP aircraft.

Because, this will later help in collecting data on the causes of the plane crash.

"We note that there was an engine that crashed over there (where the plane crashed, ed). And there was a propeller that crashed," he said.

"We also note all the positions. It will come from the crash position trying to see how the plane will behave at the last time before hitting a tree," he added.

In this case, the NTSC has not been able to provide further information regarding the alleged causes of the air accident which resulted in the death of three crew members.

"Not yet. It's too early for us to mention the cause," he said.

He added that for now all the debris and fuselage had been brought to Pondok Cabe for further investigation and investigation.

"Like it or not, we can't talk yet. Because we still have to study all the data first," he said.

Previously, a light plane had an air accident in the Sunbirst Field Area of BSD, Serpong District, South Tangerang, Banten, on Sunday, around 14.09 WIB.
