JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has again scheduled an examination of Sandra Dewi, today. The examination relates to the handling of a case of alleged corruption in the tin commodity trading system in the Mining Business Permit (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk from 2015 to 2022 which also ensnared her husband Harvey Moeis.
"Yes (Sandra Dewi is being investigated)," said the Head of the AGO, Ketut Sumedana when confirmed, Wednesday, May 15.
The examination of Harvey Moeis' wife was scheduled at around 09.00 WIB. However, it is not yet certain whether Sandra Dewi will fulfill the call.
"But the person concerned came or not it has not been confirmed," he said.
If Sandra Dewi fulfills the summons for examination, it means that Harvey Moeis' wife has been questioned twice as a witness in the alleged tin corruption case.
Previously, investigators examined Sandra Dewi on April 4, 2024. The request for information process lasted for several hours.
