JAYAPURA - Anan Nawipa, the perpetrator of the murder of the Koramil Commander 1703-4/Aradide Paniai Lieutenant Satu Infantry (posthumous) Oktovianus Sogalrey has been a member of the Free Papua Organization (OPM) for one year.

Yogi Nugroho did not explain in detail the main reason Anan Nawipa carried out the attack that killed Danramil Oktovianus Sogalrey.
