JAKARTA - The procurement of land for a DP house of Rp. 0 has resulted in an allegation of a criminal act of corruption. Where the KPK appointed Yoory Corneles Pinontoan as a suspect in his position as Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.

The DP Rp 0 home program is Anies Baswedan's campaign promise when he is running as a candidate for the Governor of DKI Jakarta. Anies' sweet promise was tarnished by his men because of allegations of corruption.

President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) Basuki Tjahja Purnama alias Ahok was reluctant to comment on the alleged corruption. Because, he said, in due time there will be a clear disclosure of the game on this case.

"It will be known later after being tried at the Tipikor District Court," Ahok told VOI, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 9.

Ahok only commented on this house program. According to Ahok, this program is not suitable to be implemented in DKI Jakarta. This is because not all residents' income is above the provincial minimum wage.

"The problem is that people with salaries like those below that will not be able to pay the installments. Not to mention paying monthly maintenance fees," said Ahok.

Thus Ahok suggested, apart from providing this Rp0 DP house, the DKI Pemprov also provides flat. The goal is, if there are people who cannot afford the house, they can rent a flat.

"That's why I always say that there must be a flat that doesn't need to be purchased but can be lived in for life and can be passed on to another child (one level), not to be transferred to another. It can only be returned to the local government if you don't want to live in the flat anymore. elsewhere, "said Ahok.

Previously reported, the KPK confirmed that it was conducting an investigation into the alleged corruption case of land purchase for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's DP 0 Rupiah Program by DKI Jakarta BUMDs.

"It is true, after two sufficient preliminary evidences were found, the KPK is currently carrying out investigations into alleged TPK related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province in 2019," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali. Anies Baswedan heard this news since last Friday, March 5. Without waiting long, he deactivated Yoory Pinontoan from the position of President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.

"The governor at that time immediately made a decision to deactivate the person concerned. In this case, Yoory will follow the legal process by adhering to the presumption of innocence," said the Acting Head of BP BUMD for DKI Jakarta Province, Riyadi.

Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria, said that his party gave the opportunity to the inactive CEO of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles Pinontoan, to defend himself in his legal case.

Riza wants to apply the presumption of innocence and give Yoory the opportunity to reveal information with the existing facts and data. Riza also respects the investigation into the alleged corruption case being investigated by the KPK.
