E-Kinerja, Proof Of ASN Work Or Not During Work From Home

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan issued a circular regulating the adjustment of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Civil Servant (ASN) work system, during times of corona virus transmission. One of the points is to consider the performance of ASN while working from home or work from home (WFH)

Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) Chaidir stated that this policy has been in effect since yesterday. Where the DKI Provincial Government invites its employees to work from home to reduce the number of COVID-19 virus infection.

Even though they work from home, said Chaidir, every ASN is required to input their performance results through the e-Kinerja per day. This method is done to keep monitoring the activities of ASN while working from home.

"Later, the boss will validate the e-Kinerja of each employee. For example, if I am a staff member who works at home, I will input it, what did I do this morning, what time, it can be seen in the system. After that, the boss in the office can see how many items. to be validated, "said Chaidir when contacted, Wednesday, March 18.

The work pattern of ASNs that can carry out WFH, said Chaidir, is regulated by the heads of each division. However, some ASNs are required to perform WFH based on certain criteria.

They are ASNs who are over 50 years old, employees who are pregnant and breastfeeding, employees who are in the monitoring / surveillance / corona positive status, and employees who have a history of overseas travel within 14 days.

"It is tentative in nature. The head of the regional apparatus can regulate the work system for employees to be able to carry out official duties by working in his place of residence. So, all holidays do not total, there are those who enter and not," he said.

VOI had a chance to talk with one of the DKI Civil Servants who has an office at the City Hall. This woman, who did not want to be named, admitted that she will only have the opportunity to work from home tomorrow by the head of her department.

"The opportunities for WFH for each SKPD are different. The head of the field considers the completion of the task with the mobility of his employees," he said.

He said, working at home arrangements made him have to divide the two types of work, which one can be done through the e-Kinerja platform, and which one must be done in the office.

"At home, I can work on a system-based basis because most of my current share is by the system. Then, right on the schedule that requires going to the office, I just do non-system work with documents," he said.

In the document file that is inputted, the e-Kinerja system will display the details of the delivery time. So, each head of the field can know the deadline for processing and validate the performance.
