PDIP Lawsuit Session Regarding The Determination Of The Central Papua DPRD Legislative Election, MK Questions KPU Not Bringing Evidence Of Noken Results

Constitutional Justice Enny Nurbaningsih questioned the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU) for not bringing C Ties which is proof of the general election results of the noken system in Central Papua.

Enny questioned this in the follow-up trial of the 2024 Pilleg General Election Result Dispute (PHPU) case. According to him, C The Tie Results are important to be presented because it relates to the petition argument.

"C The Results of the Tie are there evidence? So that we can match it," said Enny in the trial of the case 04-01-03-36/PHPU.DPR-DPRD-XXII/2024 at Building I of the Indonesian Constitutional Court, Jakarta, Monday 6 May, was confiscated by Antara.

Indonesian KPU Commissioner Yulianto Sudrajat explained that his party was preparing C The Results of the Ties as additional evidence. Responding to Yulianto's answer, Enny asked the KPU to check the tie count starting from C The Results of the Ties.

"So what is included here is not at all C The Results of the Ties, right? So please look at this later, can you see the calculations in stages, starting from C The Results of the Ties, yes," said Enny.

Furthermore, Constitutional Justice Arief Hidayat as chairman of the panel session asked the Indonesian KPU to present evidence C of Tie Results this Monday afternoon. However, Yulianto said that his party could not fulfill that.

"I don't think I can, Your Majesty. I'll coordinate it first," he said.

This case was filed by the PDI-P (PDIP), with the Indonesian KPU as the Respondent. PDIP questioned the results of the vote for the election of members of the Central Papua Provincial DPRD 3 and 5.

The Constitutional Court, Monday, May 6, held a trial with the agenda of hearing the Respondent's answer, information from related parties and Bawaslu's statement, as well as ratification of evidence from the parties.
