5 Senior Death Blow Kills STIP Cadets

JAKARTA - The suspect TRS is said to have threw five punches at the Jakarta Shipping Sciences (STIP) High School cadet, Putu Satria Ananta Rustika, until he finally died. All of them are directed to the heart.

"To beat the victim Putu in the heart. The beatings in the heart were 5 times, based on witness testimony," said North Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Gidion Arif Setyawan to reporters, Saturday, May 4.

Putu Satria Ananta Rustika, who couldn't take the blow, lost consciousness. His body fell down.

"The victim was beaten, then lost consciousness, then fainted and fell," he said.

TRS panicked when he saw his junior condition. He took Putu Satria Ananta Rustika to the right class next to the toilet where the persecution was.

However, before moving, the suspect tried to provide help. He opened Putu Satria Ananta Rustika's mouth and pulled his tongue.

However, that method is wrong. Instead of getting better, Putu Satria Ananta Rustika's condition got worse. Until finally he died.

"That's precisely what closed the channel (respiratory), (corresponding to) the victim died," said Gideon.

Meanwhile, the injury suffered by Putu Satria Ananta Rustika was said to be a factor that accelerated the young man's life.

Based on the autopsy results, Putu Satria Ananta Rustika suffered bruises on several parts of her body, one of which was the rupture of lung tissue.

"So the wounds in the lungs cause speed up the process of death," said Gideon.

In this case, TRS is suspected of under Article 338 in conjunction with Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code. Thus, it is threatened with imprisonment for 15 years.
