The Suspect In The Murder Of A Woman In A Suitcase 2 Times Buy A Suitcase Because It's Small

The police said that the suspect Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh twice bought a suitcase after killing Rini Mariany in the room of a hotel in Bandung, West Java.

Bekasi Metro Police Chief Kombes Twedi Aditya said the first suitcase the suspect bought was brown. However, the suitcase was too small for Rini Mariany's body.

"The suspect left the hotel to buy a brown suitcase first, which is smaller than this," Twedi told reporters, Friday, May 3.

Because the size of the brown suitcase was too small, the suspect decided to buy another bigger one.

The purchase of the suitcase also used company money taken by the suspect from the victim.

"The suspect came out again to buy the suitcase in front as evidence. Then put the victim in the suitcase," he said.

The suspect killed Rini by banging her head until she fainted. Then, smothering and strangling her to death.

"When the victim was helpless, the suspect smothered his mouth, nose and strangled the victim's neck for 10 minutes to make sure the victim did not move again, the victim was not breathing anymore," said Twedi.

Rini Mariany's body was found in a suitcase in West Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, Thursday, April 25. Thus, the police conducted an investigation into the alleged murder case.

From the results of the investigation, the police finally arrested Ahmad Arif Ridwan Nuwloh, who is the main suspect in the Palembang area, on May 1.
