Sedangkan 12 perkara PHPU DPD, meliputi nine provinsi, yaitu Papua Tengah, Papua Selatan, Riau, Maluku, Kalimantan Ut, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Sumatera Barat, dan Sumatera Utara.
