The Mayor of Solo and the Elected Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka returned to office after the appointment of the president and vice president by the General Elections Commission (KPU) on Wednesday, April 24.

Gibran had an office for about two hours at the Surakarta City Hall (Balkot), Central Java, Thursday, April 25, which was confiscated by Antara.

Previously, Gibran stated that he would focus on completing the work on a number of infrastructure projects in Solo City, Central Java, towards the end of his term of office in the next few months.

"Yes, we are still completing the existing work," he said.

According to him, one of the focuses is the work on infrastructure projects that use grants from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) government of 15 million US dollars.

"Filling grant funds from the UAE," he said.
