JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Nurul Ghufron sued the KPK Supervisory Board to the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN).
This lawsuit is listed in the case tracking information system (SIPP) of the Jakarta Administrative Court and registered with case number 142/G/TF/2024/PTUN.JKT. The submission was made on Wednesday, April 24.

"Indeed, there is also a lawsuit filed by Mr. NG to the Administrative Court which was also submitted to the leadership," Nawawi said when confirmed, Thursday, April 25.
However, Nawawi as the leader could not do much because the lawsuit or complaint against one of the members of the KPK Council, namely Albertina Ho, was a personal step. The underlying of the submission to the Administrative Court was due to violations committed.
