Accept The Constitutional Court's Decision, Ganjar Conveys Congratulations On Work Prabowo-Gibran

Presidential candidate number 3, Ganjar Pranowo received the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) which rejected his lawsuit regarding the Dispute over General Election Results (PHPU).

In fact, Ganjar congratulated Prabowo-Gibran who won the Election contestation based on the recapitulation of KPU votes.

"Whatever the decision, we agree to accept, we accept, and of course we congratulate the winners and hopefully the homework of the nation in the future can be completed soon," said Ganjar to reporters at the Constitutional Court, Monday, April 22.

It is said that the current problems include weakening the rupiah exchange rate, the impact of war from several countries and others. Solving the problem is said to be much more important.

"I think it's PR-PR which is much more important to solve than just us arguing that it's not over related to this result," he said.

Not only that, Ganjar also expressed his gratitude to the Constitutional Court judges who have tried the dispute over the results of the 2024 presidential election. Especially the supporters.

"I convey to all supporters, the supporting parties, TPN, as well as the community and of course to the judges I appreciate," said Ganjar.

The Constitutional Court has decided to reject the Ganjar-Mahud camp's petition regarding the Dispute over the General Election Results (PHPU) of the President and Vice President 2024.

"Reject the applicant's application in its entirety," said Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Suhartoyo.

In this decision, there are three constitutional judges who state dissenting opinions. Namely, Saldi Isra, Enny Nurbaningsih, and Arief Hidayat.
