Constitutional Court Considers Amicus Curie Megawati And Former KPK Leaders

Constitutional Court Judges in the 2024 (ANTARA) presidential election dispute trial

JAKARTA - Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court (MK) Suhartoyo said the panel of judges considered opinions from a number ofamicus stealing or court friends in cases of dispute over the results of the general election (PHPU) or dispute over the results of the 2024 presidential election. One of them,amicus stole from PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri and former KPK leader Busyro Muqoddas et al.

This was conveyed by Suhartoyo when reading the Constitutional Court's decision on the dispute over the results of the 2024 presidential election submitted by the presidential and vice presidential candidates number 1, Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar at the Constitutional Court building, Jakarta, Monday, April 22.

The following is a list of amicuscurae considered by the Constitutional Court judge in the dispute decision on the results of the 2024 presidential election.

It is known that the Constitutional Court held a trial to read the decision on dispute over the results of the general election (PHPU) or the dispute over the results of the 2024 presidential election, on Monday, April 22. The trial which will be held openly will begin at around 09.00 WIB.

"At 09.00 WIB for two cases at once," said MK spokesman Fajar Laksono at the Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta, Sunday (21/4/2024).

The Constitutional Court will read out the decisions of the two presidential election dispute cases in the same room. The two cases were filed by the applicant one, namely the presidential and vice presidential candidate team number 1 Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, and the applicant for the two camps of the presidential and vice-presidential candidate pair number 3 Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD.

"In one assembly, yes," said Fajar.

Fajar admitted that his party had received confirmation of the presence of the applicant, namely the Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud pairs who would be present in person in the Court courtroom. Meanwhile, related parties, in this case, the presidential and vice-presidential candidate pair number 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, have not confirmed.

"When viewed from the confirmation, what each party sent to us, candidate pair 01 was present on our list. Then candidate pair 03 seems to be on our list," said Fajar.
