JAKARTA - Chairman of the Executive Board of the All-Indonesian Athletics Association (PB PASI) Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan appreciated the achievements achieved by Athletic Training athletes Decentralized Mimika in the 84th Singapore Open Track & Field Championships.

In the championship which took place at the Singapore Sports Hub on April 18-19 2024, the Indonesian team managed to bring home a total of four medals consisting of two gold, one silver, and one bronze.

Luhut, through a statement received in Jakarta, said on Sunday that this achievement was proof of the high hard work, dedication, and commitment of the entire team. Moreover, this event was their first experience appearing in an international level competition.

On the first day, Mergina Badminton won a gold medal in a 400-meter race with a time of 56.30 seconds. Meanwhile, Eventinus Gebze won bronze at the throwing number lembing with a throw of 61.76 meters.
