The General Election Commission (KPU) has submitted a conclusion that the 2024 presidential election dispute trial is accompanied by additional evidence submitted to the Constitutional Court (MK).
KPU commissioner Mochammad Afifuddin said that in the conclusion submitted, the KPU asked the Constitutional Court to reject the petitioner's request for a re-voting for the 2024 presidential election by disqualifying Prabowo-Gibran.
"Today we convey a conclusion, which basically confirms that all the arguments of the applicant and the facts in the trial are not proven," Afif said at the Constitutional Court hearing, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, April 16.
Throughout the trial, the KPU presented witnesses and experts, as well as submitted 139 pieces of evidence for cases being sued by the Anies-Muhaimin and Ganjar-Mahfud camps.
The KPU evidence contains documents related to the process of voting and counting votes, recapitulation of vote count results from the sub-district level to the central level, documents related to Sirekap's explanation, and other documents related to the stages of the 2024 presidential election.
