Gibran Asks All Food Places To Set Normal Prices During Eid Holidays

Surakarta Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka asked all places to eat to set normal prices during the Eid holiday so as not to harm the community.

"Yes, like in previous years," he said in Solo, Central Java, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, April 5.

He asked the owner of food stalls and restaurants to install the following menu and price. According to him, the regulation applies in all places.

"Last year there were no complaints from the public. Previously there were no violations," he said.

However, for this year if there are complaints or complaints from the public or consumers regarding food prices that are too expensive, they should be submitted directly to him.

"If there are complaints, immediately tell us. If there is anything, please report it," he said.

He wants the momentum of Eid to have a positive impact on the economy in Solo.

"We want during this Eid period to have a long holiday period, to be able to trigger economic growth, including MSMEs to be crowded," he said.

In addition to shopping places, his party hopes that tourist attractions can feel the good impact of the arrival of travelers.
