Searching Harvey Moeis' House, AGO Sita Rolls Royce And Mini Cooper Sandra Dewi's Husband

Harvey Moeis, Sandra Dewi's husband was detained as a suspect in tin/DOK corruption at the AGO

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) searched the house of Harvey Moeis, a suspect in the alleged corruption case in the tin commodity trading system in the Mining Business Permit (IUP) area of PT Timah Tbk in 2015-2022.

As a result, investigators confiscated two luxury cars from Harvey Moeis' residence in Pakubuwono area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta.

"(The temporary confiscation) includes Rolls Royce and Mini Cooper cars," said Deputy Attorney General's Investigation Director for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office, Kuntadi to VOI, Monday, April 1.

The confiscation was carried out because the two cars were suspected to be the result of a criminal act. Currently, the search process is said to be still ongoing.

The investigative team is still looking for the goods or documents belonging to Sandra Dewi's husband which are related to the alleged tin corruption case.

"It's still ongoing (search)," said Kuntadi.

Harvey Moeis is the 16th suspect in the alleged tin corruption case. He played a role in accommodating illegal mining in the PT Timah Tbk area.

Currently, Sandara Dewi's husband is being held at the Salemba Rutan at the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office for the first 20 days.

In this case, Harvey Moeis is suspected of violating Article 2 paragraph 1 and Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code
