TANJUNG SELOR Proposal for the 2024 State Civil Apparatus Formation (ASN) of the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) has been approved by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB).
Acting (Plt) Head of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Kaltara, Andi Ampriampa revealed that 1,468 ASN formations will be allocated to 1,403 Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) and 65 Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS).
"So from Kaltara, based on a letter from PANRB, the proposed formation of 1,468 was approved by all PPPKs, namely 1,403 and 65 CPNS," said Andi Amriampa, Monday, April 1.
Andi said the formation would later be prioritized for teachers, health workers and technical personnel.
"For teachers, there are no CPNS, only 110 PPPKs. Then for CPNS health workers 7 then PPPK 4. Now for technicalities there are 58 and PPPK there are 1,489, so the distribution is CPNS 65 and PPPK 1,403," said Andi.
He hopes that the open and large formation of ASN this year will be a mandate for all parties, who at the same time carry out the mandate of Law Law number 20 of 2023 which covers the Regulation of the Needs of Civil Servants and PPPK.
"Because it has entered the BKN (State Civil Service Agency) database, it can be accommodated and become part of the ASN in Kaltara," he explained.
To note, the formation is part of the national ASN, which is 2.3 million. Where the proposed need for ASN from various central and regional agencies is 1.38 million. Until now, the Ministry of PANRB has recorded and set a formation of 1.28 million to meet the needs of ASN.
The ASN in question consists of two categories, namely CPNS which can be applied to by fresh graduates; as well as PPPK employees for non-ASN and former THK-2 personnel who have entered the database of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN).
