JAKARTA - The Murder Incident Guard Team (TP3) has asked the police to seriously investigate the death of 6 Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) troops.

They invited the police to take the mubahalah oath. However, the police, especially the Head of the Metro Jaya Regional Police, Inspector General Fadil Imran, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus, and 3 other members did not attend the invitation.

TP3 member Amien Rais said that the mubahalah oath or what is better known in the community as a pocong oath is an oath of breaker in legal terms.

This mubahalah oath was submitted to the Polda Metro Jaya to prove the truth of the statement regarding the death of 6 laskar of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI).

"In fact, in both civil law and law we face disputes between the two parties, in popular terms it is a pocong oath," said Amien Rais at the FPI Laskar 6th Family Mubahalah event, Wednesday, March 3.

"It turns out that this pocong oath has a technical legal term, namely the breaking oath," he continued while saying, information from a TP3 member.

But, said Amien, the oath was not enforced by any institution or institution. "That this mubahalah does not have an institution, there is no institution in our positive law," he said.

In addition, TP3 initiator Marwan Batubara said that he had written to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) regarding the death of 6 Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) troops at the Jakarta Cikampek KM 50 toll road. However, the answers received did not match expectations.

"So we are also reminding Pak Jokowi to pay attention (Read: the case of the death of 6 laskar)," said Marwan.

However, Marwan emphasized that he did not question Jokowi's response because TP3 would continue to carry out advocacy steps related to this issue.

"We will continue to carry out continuous advocacy in case Pak Jokowi changes his attitude halfway through," he said

"But even if not, the name is advocacy as long as there is life borne by the body. I think we will continue to do that and indeed we will continue to do it," he continued.

Until later, the goal of seeking justice behind the death of 6 FPI troops will be fulfilled. In particular, said Marwan, the perpetrators must be punished for all their actions.

"We are working together to advocate so that the murder case of the 6 FPI laskar can be resolved and the law is enforced and those who commit murder are punished," he said.

On the other hand, the Police have shown their seriousness in handling the case. One of them is by assigning three members of Polda Metro Jaya as reported in the unlawful killing case.

Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Andi Rian, said that the determination of the three members as reported was based on the results of the investigation.

"3 people (members of Polda Metro). In the unlawful killing, it means a member of the Police who brought 4 people (FPI laskar)," said Andi.

This determination is based on a police report (LP) that was made last week. It's just not explained in detail about the report.

"Yes, the LP has already been done. Last week (it was made)," he said.

On the basis of this LP, investigators will seek preliminary evidence in the case. That way, later it will be determined whether or not there is a criminal offense.

"We do an investigation first to find preliminary evidence. Right from the start, then we can determine the fingerprints," continued Andi Rian.

For information, the results of the Komnas HAM investigation show that there were two series of events behind the death of 6 FPi laskar. One of them is about the shooting that took place around KM 50 of the Cikampek Toll Road. At that time, as many as four FPI soldiers who were alive were later found dead.
