PAN Will Welcome Political Parties Outside KIM To Join Prabowo-Gibran's Government

JAKARTA - The National Mandate Party (PAN) is waiting for political parties outside the Forward Indonesia Coalition (KIM) to join the elected presidential and vice presidential government, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka. PAN Deputy Viva Yoga Mauladi, said that his party would welcome if there were ministers from political parties outside KIM. The reason is that Prabowo-Gibran is said to have discussed the composition of his government's cabinet. "If other political parties join, PAN will welcome them with two open hands," said Viva Yoga to reporters, Tuesday, March 26. According to Viva, the more political parties in KIM will strengthen the government as well as increase support in the DPR.

"This is important to create a political condition to be stable so that it can increase national economic growth," said Viva. In addition, he continued, it will also increase the strength of unity. Because said Viva, Indonesia as a large nation requires participation from the strength of political parties in the government in order to increase social cohesivity and national integration.

However, Viva said all parties were still waiting for official news from Prabowo in the cabinet structure later. Including political parties that will soon join.

"We'll just have to wait for Pak Prabowo's official announcement regarding which political parties will join the coalition of government parties," he concluded.
