French President Emmanuel Macron was surprised by President Vladimir Putin's statement about the alleged involvement in Ukraine over the attack on the Crocodile City Hall, Moscow despite ISIS already claiming to be the mastermind.
Macron said Russia's actions would be "sinist and counterproductive".
"This attack was claimed by ISIS and the information available to us, our intelligence agency, and our main partners, did show that it was ISIS that triggered this attack," Macron said.
