Prabowo Akui Invites Surya Paloh To Join The Government After Being Inaugurated

President-elect Prabowo Subianto admitted that he invited the Chairman of the NasDem Party, Surya Paloh, to join the government after being inaugurated in October. Prabowo conveyed this confession when he met Surya Paloh to thank him and Gibran Rakabuming Raka as the winner of the 2024 presidential election. "I always offer, I always invite," said Prabowo at the NasDem Party DPP Office, Central Jakarta, Friday, March 22. Responding to Prabowo, Surya Paloh called the invitation an award to his party. However, he has not agreed to the invitation of the general chairman of the Gerindra Party. "That's just Pak Prabowo's award," said Surya Paloh. When asked about his statement that joining the government was not a priority, Paloh said he still saw future political developments. Even so, he said, the possibility of joining was possible.

"Fifty fifty possibility, yes," said Surya Paloh.
