Ganjar Pranowo also has brilliant achievements in the field of education, namely by holding free schools. The Central Java government formulated a free school policy for SMA/SMK/SLB in the country in Central Java.

In addition, Ganjar Pranowo also distributed aid in the form of dormitories, uniforms, stationery, meals, practices, and funds for underprivileged SMKN students. Not only focusing on students, Ganjar also raised the salaries of honorary teachers in accordance with the district minimum wage (UMK).
