Hasbi Hasan Will Be Sentenced To Bribery Case In MA Case Management Today

JAKARTA - Former Commissioner of PT Wika Beton Dadan Tri Yudianto will undergo a trial to read the verdict or verdict in the case corruption case at the Supreme Court (MA) at the Central Jakarta District Court, today.

Dadan Tri Yudianto is known along with the inactive Supreme Court Secretary Hasbi Hasan to receive a bribe of Rp11.2 billion.

"(The trial) is for the Decision of the Panel of Judges," wrote the Case Investigation Information System or SIPP of the Central Jakarta District Court, quoted on Thursday, March 7.

The plan is for the trial to read the verdict or verdict against Dadan Tri Yudianto to be held in Soebekti 2 room at around 10:00 WIB.

In the previous trial, the KPK Public Prosecutor (JPU) demanded that Dadan Tri Yudianto be sentenced to 11 years in prison and 5 months in prison.

Dadan was also charged with a fine of Rp. 1 billion, subsidiary to imprisonment for 6 months. In addition, he was also sentenced to additional criminal charges in the form of payment of replacement money in the amount of Rp. 7.96 billion, subsidiary to 3 years in prison.

The statement was given because the prosecutor believed Dadan Tri Yudianto violated Article 13 letter a in conjunction with Article 18 of the Law on the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Dadan Tri Yudianto received bribes from the debtor of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative/KSP ID, Heryanto Tanaka (HT).

The bribe was intended for Dadan Tri Yudianto to ask Hasbi Hasan to pass case number 326K/Pid/2022 at the cassation stage according to Heryanto Tanaka's wishes.

"The defendant Dadan Tri Yudianto together with Hasbi Hasan knew or reasonably suspected that the receipt of the gift or promise was intended so that Hasbi Hasan as Secretary of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia sought to manage the criminal cassation case Number 326K/Pid/2022 on behalf of Budiman Gandi Suparman could be granted by the Supreme Court judge who examined and tried the case and so that the Intidana Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) bankruptcy case that was being processed at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia could be decided according to Heryanto Tanaka's wishes," said the prosecutor.
