Russian Caucasians Who Rage Damaged Restaurant Property In Seminyak Bali With Their Elbows Arrested

Russian DENPASAR - Russian Caucasian Vladimir Kolesov (40), was arrested by the Kuta Police, Bali, for vandalizing the Capri, Seminyak, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali restaurants.

Kuta Police Chief, AKP I Ketut Agus Pasek Sudina said Vladimir Kolesov was arrested for rampaging and destroying the restaurant's property with an ax.

"The person concerned damaged the display menu and furniture glass, damaged the lock and stairs of the Capri Restaurant, so that the victim suffered a loss of around Rp. 10 million," said AKP Sudina, Monday, March 4.

Initially the police received a report from a resident named Kadek Rika Sanjaya, regarding foreigners who went berserk. This incident was then investigated by the police.

The police further received information that the same Caucasians went berserk at the same restran. The arrests were made to the point of confiscation of evidence of an ax on the seat of the perpetrator's motorbike.

"Furthermore, the perpetrators and evidence in the form of an ax, a knife and scissors were taken to the Kuta Police Headquarters for further investigation," he said.
