TANJUNG SELOR - A total of 387 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the North Kalimantan Provincial Government (Kaltara) attended the Phase III Potential and Competency Assessment for the 2024 fiscal year (TA) based on the Computer Assisted Competency Test (CACT) at the Tanjung Selor State 1 Vocational High School Laboratory (SMK).

Acting (Plt) Head of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Kaltara, Andi Amriampa explained the purpose of this activity is to fulfill national talent management and help the provincial government explore the potential and competence of ASN for various recommendations for human resource development managed by the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) Kaltara.

"The values of participants during the potential test and competence stages I and II are quite good and are recognized by BKN, meaning that the value of North Kalimantan ASN is above average," he said, Wednesday, February 28.

Kaltara is said to be included in the ranks of the provincial government with the most employee predicates in completing competency tests by BKN for the VIII regional area with a figure of 2,100 after the second stage of competency test.
