Polda Metro Will Reconstruct The Case Of Tamara Tyasmara's Child's Death This Week

Polda Metro Jaya continues to investigate the death of Raden Andante Khalif Pramudityo or Dante, the son of Tamara Tyasmara, who is suspected of drowning. The plan, investigators will hold a reconstruction. "Then in the near future, reconstruction will be carried out at the TKP," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Monday, February 26. It is only said that the investigation will be held this week. "Yes, this week. For certainty, the date is asking for time," said Ade. In handling the case of Dante's death, Polda Metro Jaya has named Yudha Arfandi as a suspect. He is the lover of Tamara Tyasmara. Yudha Arfandi was named a suspect for allegedly deliberately submerging Dante into the water. Based on CCTV footage, Dante was buried 12 times by the suspect with different durations.

In that case, Yudha Arfandi was charged with Article 76C in conjunction with Article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and or Article 340 of the Criminal Code and or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 359 of the Criminal Code.
