Two Reports Of Alleged Harassment Becomes The Basis For Examination Of The Chancellor Of Pancasila University

Polda Metro Jaya said that two police reports (LP) were the basis for the examination of the Chancellor of Pancasila University with the initials ETH, today. The two reports are related to allegations of sexual harassment.

"That's right (two LPs) regarding reports of alleged sexual harassment," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to VOI, Monday, February 26.

One of the LPs was reported by RZ, who is said to be an employee at Pancasila University. The report is registered with the number LP/B/193/I/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya, dated January 12, 2024.

Meanwhile, the other LPs are delegations from Bareskrim Polri. Currently, the two reports are still in the process of being investigated.

"It's still in the investigation process," said Ade.

Meanwhile, the alleged sexual harassment case was handled by the Sub-Directorate of Youth, Children and Women (Sub-Directorate of Renakta) Polda Metro Jaya.

The Chancellor of Pancasila University is suspected of violating Article 6 of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS).
