JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has transferred the case files of 12 suspects in the alleged case of the production of pornographic films to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati). Dozens of suspects are talents or actors, one of whom is Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee. "For the case file with 12 suspects who are porn film talents has been transferred or stage one by the Cyber Sub-Directorate Investigator of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the DKI Jakarta Prosecutor's Office," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak in his statement, Friday, February 23. Then, the other two were male actors, namely Fatra Ardianata and Bima Prawira. In this case, the talents were charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
