Troubled DPT Session In Central Java Rolls Out, AMIN National Team Says There Are 502 Thousand Candidates For Voters

Central Java Bawaslu (Central Java) has heard complaints of alleged problematic voter list data (DPT) reported by the national winning team of the Anies Bawesdan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMINAn National Team) pair for Central Java.

The trial, which was chaired by the Chairman of the Muhammad Amin Assembly, scheduled the reading of the complaint report from the AMIN national team.

The Coordinator of the Legal Team for the AMIN national team in the Central Java region, Listiani, said that there were 502,000 voters registered in the DPT who were considered problematic.

According to him, of this number, 1,780 prospective voters have been recognized as problematic by the KPU.

"We received clarification from the KPU, but did not know which data was problematic," he said during a hearing at the Central Java Bawaslu office, in Semarang, Tuesday, February 20, which was confiscated by Antara.

Based on the complaint, the Chairman of the Assembly gave the Central Java KPU to submit an answer at the next trial.

The trial with an answer agenda by the Central Java KPU is planned to be held on Wednesday, February 21.

In the trial held by the Central Java Bawaslu, the complainants and defendants will be given the opportunity to submit evidence and clarification directly.
