The bodies of the shooting victims of Bripka CS arrived in Medan, the National Police Chief Gives Grief Flowers

MEDAN - The body of Feri Saut Simanjuntak, one of the victims of the shooting of Bripka (Chief Police Brigadier) CS at RM Cafe Cengkareng, West Jakarta, is already at the funeral home, East Medan, Medan City.

Feri's body arrived at the funeral home at around 10.30 WIB from Kualanamu Airport with a tight guard.

The arrival of Feri's body was greeted by family sobs. The handover from Polda Metro Jaya has also been done with the family.

On-site monitoring, it was seen that neighbors were busy mourning the funeral home. The funeral home is also filled with condolence flower boards, one of which is the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

Previously it was reported that the street cowboy action took place in the Cengkareng area, West Jakarta. Three people were killed in the action. One of the victims was a member of the Indonesian Army.

Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Fadil Imran said the shooter at RM Cafe, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, was his subordinate or a member of the police with the initials CS and he was named a suspect.

The quarrel between Bripka CS and employees of RM Cafe, Cengkareng was caused by the bill that reached millions of rupiahs. The bill was to pay for the alcoholic drinks the suspect drank.

"Yes, I have already said that there was a dispute when making payments because they did not accept it, so the perpetrator took out a firearm", said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus, Thursday, February 25.

Based on the information, the value of the bill for payments reached RIDR 3.3 million. After the quarrel occurred, the suspect immediately took a firearm (senpi) and shot four people.

"With a drunken state, CS  took out a firearm and shot the 4 employees. Three died on the spot and 1 is still being treated in hospital", said Yusri.

Yusri explained, the identities of the three people who were killed, namely, S as a member of the TNI, M, and FSS as an employee of the RM Cafe. Meanwhile, another person with the initials H is currently undergoing medical treatment at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta.

In this shooting case, Bripka CS was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning the murder.
