The General Election Commission or KPU RI continues to update the data on the votes acquired by the three pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 General Election (Pemilu) contest. Based on data uploaded on the 2024.kpu.go.id election site as of Saturday, February 17 at 11.30 WIB, as much as 64.62 percent or the results of the calculation of 531,950 polling stations from 823,236 polling stations spread throughout Indonesia. Referring to this data, the pair Anies Baswedan-Muaimin Iskandar or Cak Imin received 19,473,741 votes or 24.6 percent Then, the Prabowo-Gibran pair dominated by obtaining 45,503,989 votes or 57.49 percent. However, the data is still temporary because the calculation process is still ongoing. The counting of votes carried out by KPPS, recapitulation of vote count results and determination of election results is carried out in stages in an open plenary meeting by PPK, Regency/City KPU, Provincial KPU and KPU based on the provisions of the legislation.
