Proffered A Bill Of Rp.3.3 Million After Drinking Alcohol At RM Cafe Cengkareng, Bripda CS Shoots TNI Members

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya said the quarrel between Bripda CS and employees of RM Cafe, Cengkareng was due to the bill that reached millions of rupiah. The bill was to pay for the alcoholic drinks the suspect drank.

"Yes, I have already said that there was a conflict when making payments because they did not accept it, so the perpetrator took out a firearm," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Thursday, February 25.

Based on the information, the value of the bill of payments reached Rp. 3.3 million.

Yusri said, Bripda CS came alone to the place. Based on the results of the interim investigation, there were no members or colleagues of the suspect while drinking alcohol.

"Yes myself. There was a quarrel so that they took out a firearm and shot 4 people, 3 people died on the spot," he said.

Previously it was reported that the perpetrator of the shooting at the RM Cafe was a police officer with the initials CS. Currently, he has been named a suspect. In fact, in this case the police officers were charged under the criminal act of murder.

"This morning (the police) have been named as suspects," said the Head of Metro Jaya Regional Police, Inspector General Fadil Imran.

In this case too, CS was charged with article 338 of the Criminal Code regarding murder. The use of this article is because the investigator judges that the element of murder has been fulfilled in the act.
