DKI Transportation Agency Will Carry Out Traffic Engineering Ahead Of The Grand Campaign At JIS, This Is The Scheme

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency (Dishub) will regulate traffic in the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) area, North Jakarta ahead of the grand campaign activities.

Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, said that his party will carry out traffic engineering at the location of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) campaign, North Jakarta which will be held on Saturday, February 10, the day after tomorrow.

Later, the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency will carry out a limited (situational) closure on roads that intersect with the location of the grand campaign activities at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS).

"The intersection of the Jalan Sunter Permai Raya - Jalan RE. Martadinata, the intersection of Jalan Sunter permai Raya-Jalan Bisma Raya, the intersection of Jalan Danau Sunter Barat-Jalan Lake Sunter Utara will be limited," he said in an official statement received by VOI, Thursday, February 8.

Syafrin appealed to people who will visit the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) to use available public transportation.

However, for people who bring vehicles to JIS, Dishub has prepared parking lots at Sulianti Soeroso Hospital, August 17th University, Graha YKI, D'Arcici, Ruko Sunter Nirwana, Ancol Carnival, JIEXPO and C3 Kemayoran.

Meanwhile, alternative road access routes that vehicles can pass during activities at JIS, people from the east or Tanjung Priok to the south or Kemayoran can cross Jalan RE Martadinata - Kupingan Ancol Jalan Benjamin Sueb and so on.

"Traffic from the east or Jalan Bisma to the West or Kota, can be via Jalan Sunter Permai, Jalan Danau Sunter Utara, Jalan Griya Utama, Jalan Benyamin Suaeb-Jalan Ancol Timur-turning back-Jalan RE Martadinata-and so on," he explained.

Meanwhile, for traffic flow from the south or Jalan Lake Sunter Barat to the East or the Tanjung Priok area, you can go through Jalan Danau Sunter Utara-Jalan Yos Sudarso-dst or to the City via Jalan Griya Utama- Jalan Benyamin Suaeb-Jalan Ancol Timur-turn back-Jalan RE Martadinata and so on.

"For road users who do not have an interest in avoiding these roads and can adjust the traffic arrangements set, comply with traffic signs, instructions from officers in the field and prioritize road safety," he said.

Previously, the National Team (Timnas) of Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) claimed that two to three million volunteers would attend the last grand campaign at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), on Saturday, February 10, the day after tomorrow.
